Titan CEO brings CEOs together through private events and roundtables. We also provide private, instructor‑led groups for Titan CEO members. Held monthly, our membership groups are designed to meet a CEO’s unique needs as a business leader by facilitating curriculum that helps to build business valuation and tackle everyday business challenges. We offer a suite of resources including private coaching, high‑level networking and executive‑level retreats. The Titan100 is a program to recognize a premier group of 100 CEOs and C‑level executives in Chicago, Colorado, Georgia, Nashville, Philadelphia, Phoenix, St. Louis, Tampa Bay & Wisconsin metropolitan areas. Representing both the private and public sector, these leaders are Titans of industry who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, passion, and influence in their field. Through our community, we aim to work with CEOs to help them connect and grow as Titans of industry. We desire an experienced, patient, organized and efficient person who is willing to exceed expectations at any level of task and driven to develop a strong working relationship with clients. The Program Coordinator is a vital contributor to the success of the Titan 100 program across multiple markets. This multifaceted role combines operational excellence, marketing support, and business development coordination to ensure the seamless execution of all program initiatives. Program Coordinators work hand‑in‑hand with Program Directors to drive key priorities—from award logistics and marketing campaigns to nomination outreach and sponsorship support. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from planning to execution. As part of our selection process, we ask all candidates to complete the following in this specific order: LinkedIn Application Core Responsibilities Program Operations & Event Execution Effectively manage multiple projects and events, maintaining precision, organization, and timely execution under pressure to consistently deliver high‑quality results. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of all Titan100 events, including the annual awards ceremonies and community gatherings. Manage end‑to‑end event preparation - manage comprehensive event preparation, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, materials, communications, RSVPs, to ensure every event is flawlessly delivered. Oversee the collection, verification, and preparation of critical program materials, ensuring they are accurate, organized, and operationally ready for all program activities. Review, edit, and finalize event presentation materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual quality. Assist in booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rentals) for staff, speakers, and partners, maintaining updated travel trackers and preferences. Leadership Alignment, Stakeholder & Engagement Impact Partner effectively with Program Directors and team members to build trust, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment across initiatives through proactive support and consistent follow‑through. Drive program operations and execution in partnership with the Program Director and Program Manager, ensuring both strategic and tactical details are managed effectively; proactively manage priorities, elevate issues when necessary, and maintain seamless operational flow across the team. Ensure seamless collaboration with relevant stakeholders to deliver complete, accurate, and polished materials for the Titan100 awards program. Marketing, Communications & Media Coordination Communicate proactively and professionally with leaders, honorees, sponsors, partners, and team, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand‑aligned engagement across all internal and external interactions. Coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement, delivering timely recaps, highlights, and updates to leaders, honorees, sponsors, partners, and internal teams. Develop, manage, and maintain program marketing and communications across digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and professional quality. Create, update, and oversee website pages, web and print assets, and visual content to ensure engaging, on‑brand representation for all program materials. Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns and social media content, ensuring alignment with audience segments and maximizing engagement. Manage and maintain accurate subscriber and contact data to support targeted communications and program outreach. Data Management & Quality Control Ensure integrity and accuracy of program and participant data to support seamless operations and informed decision‑making. Partner with the Program Manager to oversee and maintain accurate tracking of program metrics, audience data, and operational insights to support informed decision‑making and seamless execution. Maintain rigorous quality control over all materials and communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Titan100 standards. Ensure all materials meet TitanCEO’s standards for accuracy, brand alignment, and visual excellence. Communication & Market Engagement - You communicate clearly and professionally with leaders, honorees, sponsors, and partners, staying on top of all internal and external messages daily. You respond promptly, maintain accuracy, and represent the Titan 100 brand with credibility while driving engagement across all audiences. Leadership Alignment, Stakeholder & Engagement Impact - You act as a reliable partner to Program Directors and team members. You build trust, foster collaboration, and strengthen relationships through follow‑through and proactive support. A successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience 2+ years of relevant experience as an executive assistant with experience in marketing, sales or events Ability to think strategically, plan the tasks necessary and execute exceptionally Must communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing Advanced proficiency in prioritization, organization, time management, and project management. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously Exceptional attention to detail and powerful organizational skills Strong technical skills, including proficiency in: Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, Wix (website building and maintenance), MailChimp (email marketing and subscriber management), & Adobe tools or similar project management platforms Excellent command of written English Strong aptitude for learning and growth, with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Desire to showcase exceptional customer service skills Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment Commitment: 40+ hours per week. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am‑5pm Mountain Time. This position is a work‑from‑home role and fully remote. Offshore candidates are very much welcome. Compensation: Starting salary range for offshore candidates is $1,500‑$2,000/month plus commissions and incentives.
