Our **Sofia Prime** program offers 300+ live classes per month, focusing on mental, physical, and emotional health. We are seeking a **Fitness Coordinator** to oversee and enhance our fitness offerings, ensuring an engaging and effective experience for our community.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Program Coordination**: Manage the scheduling and organization of live fitness classes within the Sofia Prime program.
- **Instructor Relations**: Recruit, onboard, and support fitness instructors, ensuring high-quality class delivery.
- **Class Development**: Assist in curating a diverse range of fitness offerings, from yoga and strength training to specialized wellness programs.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor class attendance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with members, address inquiries, and foster a motivating fitness environment.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle instructor payments, class reports, and technical troubleshooting as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience in Fitness & Wellness**: Background in personal training, group fitness instruction, or program coordination.
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage class schedules, instructor relations, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with live streaming platforms and online fitness programs.
- **Excellent Communication**: Comfortable working with fitness professionals and clients to provide top-tier service.
