YOUR ROLE As a Logistics Coordinator for Builder Village, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll manage the flow of materials, equipment, and resources, coordinating with teams and vendors to bring our creative visions to life. Your organizational skills and problem-solving mindset will be key to delivering exceptional results. WHAT YOU’LL DO Oversee the logistics of Builder Village projects, including inventory management, shipping, and resource allocation; Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment; Manage schedules, timelines, and budgets to keep projects on track; Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges on the fly; Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure seamless collaboration; Support the planning and execution of events and activations, ensuring all logistical elements are in place. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in events or creative industries; Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities; Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency; Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); A passion for teamwork and creating exceptional experiences.
