How will you make an impact?

Within this role, you'll play a key role in supporting the commercial team and ensuring the smooth coordination of logistics and order fulfilment. Your focus will be on delivering high service standards, maintaining data accuracy, and driving customer satisfaction.

Some of your key responsibilities will include

  • Coordinating with sales, production, local authorities, and transport partners to ensure timely and compliant order delivery.
  • Maintaining and updating customer master data in SAP, and ensuring all export licenses and documentation are in place.
  • Proactively resolving logistics issues, including transportation, import/export, and customer complaints, while providing solutions for delivery deviations.
  • Preparing and presenting reports for the customer care department and higher management, including weekly loading and forecast analysis.
  • Monitoring packaging, labelling, and shipping manuals to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and customer requirements.

What will make you successful?

The ideal candidate will be educated at Bachelor Level or be an advanced student in Administration, Finance, International Trade (Comex), or a related field. You will bring at least two years of experience in customer service, logistics, or the retail industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential, along with fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is an advantage.

We are looking for a respectful team player who can also work independently, with excellent planning and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and maintain good time management are essential.
