How will you make an impact?
Within this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial team and ensuring the smooth coordination of logistics and order fulfilment. Your focus will be on delivering high service standards, maintaining data accuracy, and driving customer satisfaction.
Some of your key responsibilities will include
- Coordinating with sales, production, local authorities, and transport partners to ensure timely and compliant order delivery.
- Maintaining and updating customer master data in SAP, and ensuring all export licenses and documentation are in place.
- Proactively resolving logistics issues, including transportation, import/export, and customer complaints, while providing solutions for delivery deviations.
- Preparing and presenting reports for the customer care department and higher management, including weekly loading and forecast analysis.
- Monitoring packaging, labelling, and shipping manuals to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and customer requirements.
