Your mission will be to own the behind-the-scenes of every community activation — from concept to post-event wrap-up — building long-term relationships with founders, VCs, partners, and sponsors. If you’re highly organized, creative, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your role.

**What you’ll do**:

- Design and coordinate end-to-end events with the Community team — from concept to execution.
- Align logistics, speakers, sponsors, and attendees to deliver high-value experiences.
- Track all event data and interactions in our CRM (Hubspot) to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
- Measure impact using clear KPIs: attendee count, leads generated, cashflow, attendee CSAT, sponsor CSAT.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendors while maintaining high quality and creativity.
- Develop new formats and experiences (virtual and in-person) that position Lazo as a leading voice in the startup space.
- Deliver post-event reports with insights, learnings, and improvement opportunities.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Degree in **Event Planning**, **Institutional Relations**, **Communications**, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience organizing events in startups, creative agencies, innovation ecosystems, or B2B tech.
- Familiarity with tools like **Slack**, **Monday**, **Luma**, **Google Workspace (G Suite)**, and CRM platforms (mandatory).
- Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Strong English communication skills to coordinate with international stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines without losing focus.
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset.
- Affinity for the startup world and excitement about engaging with founders, VCs, and ecosystem players.
- Strong attention to detail, **next-level organizational skills**, and a **continuous improvement mindset**.
