As an _HR Strategy and PMO for Latin American Region_, you will play a key role in driving the culture and ways of working transformation within the HR Community.
**W**hat You’ll Do for Us**
- Leverage transparent backlogs and capture frequent feedback from teams and stakeholders.
- Develop the HR People and Business Intelligence scorecard for all people processes. Implementing HR Analytics and Metrics across the practices.
- Identify and recommend Latin America wide system people initiatives in collaboration with our bottling partners.
- Manage the HR planning calendar for the OU as well as project charters and success metrics. (People Processes and Agile Projects)
- Lead the OKR creation and review process for HR and partners with Strategy to implement at OU level.
- Prioritize workload, prioritization and focus while identifying stop doing actions and efficiencies for the function.
- Partner with Capability Development to design, deploy and improve HR critical capabilities across the HR Team in the OU.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years of project management experience, business intelligence, data and analytics in roles of increasing responsibility, with a large global or multinational company
- Project Management skills are a must (Planning, executing, reporting)
- Ability to direct the work efforts in a globally dispersed team that reports to other leaders (Networked Organization)
- Stakeholder management
- Data driven mindset
- Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking and Scrum Master methodologies.
- Ability to lead change management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
