**PMO & Finance Lead**

Para una importante compañía cliente de nuestra firma, buscamos un PMO de TI y líder financiero para apoyar a su región de LATAM, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el Arquitecto de Soluciones de TI LATAM regional. Será responsable de construir/mantener las finanzas de TI LATAM alineadas con las directivas globales de TI y la organización de finanzas comerciales regionales/locales en LATAM.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestión de Proyectos_
- Responsable de Gestión de Proyectos (PMO) de IT LATAM. Supervisa el progreso de las carteras e identifica los entregables retrasados.
- Se asocia con el equipo de TI de LATAM para comprender la demanda de proyectos, analizar la asignación de recursos y la capacidad dentro de múltiples carteras.
- Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el Arquitecto de Soluciones IT LATAM.
- Recopila y analiza métricas para evaluar el desarrollo y la entrega de proyectos.
- Identifica oportunidades de mejora continua. Trabaja con el personal para optimizar los procesos para mejorar la calidad, la eficiencia y la eficacia del proceso de la PMO.
- Gestión financiera_
- Apoya el Plan Estratégico de TI LATAM y las finanzas de la Cartera de Proyectos.
- Desarrollar varios informes financieros a nível de equipo y programa/proyecto.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los controladores/otros equipos financieros en el procesamiento de varias facturas de proveedores.
- Analice los gastos para comprender las variaciones, las tendencias con respecto al presupuesto y revise las variaciones con el liderazgo.
- Responsable del análisis de costos y métricas que brindan información gerencial sobre la estrategia de la organización.
- Trabaja con ejecutivos, abastecimiento y legales para entregar contratos de consultoría con proveedores estratégicos en toda la región.
- Administración de recursos_
- Apoyo en la gestión de actividades de incorporación/terminación de recursos que respaldan al equipo de entrega.

**Conocimientos y habilidades**:

- Entre 5 a 10 años de experiência en roles de liderazgo de PMO
- Gran perspicacia financiera
- Fluidez en inglés y español. Portugués es una ventaja.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación/facilitación.
- Capaz de comunicarse de manera efectiva en todos los níveles dentro de la organización.
- Capaz de trabajar en equipo, en persona y en un entorno virtual colaborativo.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Experiência liderando grandes equipos de desarrollo e iniciativas estratégicas.
- Experiência colaborando con las áreas de Finanzas y Controlling.

**Requisitos técnicos**:

- Fuertes habilidades en MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio y Excel.
- Conocimiento de Microsoft SharePoint y MS Teams. Tableau una ventaja.

Se requiere disponibilidad full time, es 100% remoto y la contratación es en relación de dependencia.
