Project Manager – Program Manager Expertise Center (PMEC) Overview ZS’s Program Management Expertise Center provides planning, delivery, and governance expertise to a wide range of clients and internal stakeholders. This global, pragmatic, and results‑driven team delivers successful planned outcomes for external clients as well as internal practice areas and industry verticals. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end program planning and execution across one or more workstreams for large engagements. Drive program delivery for key workstreams across strategic initiatives, ensuring early traction and forward momentum. Establish a robust PMO framework to support effective delivery and execution. Collaborate with functional leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Continuously seek opportunities to improve project‑management practices, adding value to teams and conducting periodic meetings with all PMOs and project leads. Partner with senior program leaders and client stakeholders to plan and lead key initiatives. Lead and mentor junior PMO team members, providing direction required to meet project objectives. Qualifications Graduate/post‑graduate with 3 to 6 years of project‑management experience. Prior experience with program and PMO activities for large business transformations or digital‑strategy implementations. Experience managing large PMO verticals and client accounts. Experience in large‑scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders, complex data dependencies, intersecting workstreams, and change management. Thorough understanding of project‑management phases, techniques, tools, and reporting. Ability to work with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Strong knowledge of PMI/Agile standards; PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred. Knowledge of life science, healthcare, pharma, consulting, insurance, or finance sectors is a plus. Additional Skills Strong understanding of project KPIs and SLAs. Excellent communication, leadership, and self‑motivation, with polished interpersonal skills and customer focus. Proactive, able to identify opportunities/challenges and take initiative.
