As part of GFS (Global Finance Success), the O2I (Order-2-Invoice) team supports the processes for the administration of Cloud Subscription, Software License, Support and Consulting Services contracts and invoices starting with the receipt of signed contracts, assuring correct reflection of customer contracts and invoicing, leading to accelerated cash for SAP.

The O2I Global Admin Support team will focus on the compliance and administrative support for the organization, making sure that our records and structures healthiness is in line with the company expectations. The team will be structured around our delivery hub locations (Manila, Prague, Buenos Aires) and will have a dynamic work environment with extensive review and audit processes that requires significant attention to detail and high work ethics. The team is considered as an entry point to some of the core processes and teams within the O2I department with significant development opportunities as a result.

**What you’ll do**
- Contribute to a diverse team in carrying out operational tasks and transactional duties to support financial operations, potentially including orchestration.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships within the team and across different departments.
- Ensure the prompt and precise reporting of reconciliation results strictly adhering to deadlines.
- Resolves issues with medium to high complexity within general work direction.
- Support finance manager and extended team in reporting, collaboration and execution topics.

**What you bring**
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience.
- Finance/Accounting Orientation: Bachelor’s degree related to Finance/Legal (Business Administration, Law, Accounting, preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems and tools.
- Handling of 3rd party products experience is a plus.
- Ability to deal with pressure and deliver fast results.
- Advanced English: Proficiency in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders around the globe.
- Experience in catalyst or development programs is a plus.
