In Pulpo Media we are seeking a Digital Designer Team Leader to lead our Creative Designer Team.

This role is in charge of supporting and heading the rebranding of our Own and Operated Sites as well as being responsible for the day-to-day design work as needed mainly by managing the request of digital banners, branding, Marketing & Sales presentations, etc.

**Main tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the design and maintenance of our O&Os (web and mobile) with focus on the latest UX & UI trends.
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners to represent the design team.
- Manage the team to create IAB banners, High Impact Ad Units, minisites generation as well as creating social media ad units. Use of different platforms (Celtra, Sparkflow, etc) for the creation of new industry Ads.
- Develop marketing material as support for Sales Services. Actively collaborate in deck proposals, one-sheet and case studies for Sales purposes.
- Design presentations, follow branding guidelines and keeping in mind content and concept.
- Proactively work to solve problems, communicate and actively seek clarification when there is ambiguity.
- Design logos and brand identity for new brands.
- Support HR internal communication requests.

**Requirements**:

- Average of 7 years of experience in Design roles. Previous Digital experience is a must.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in managing teams.
- BA in Design.
- Proficient in all design platforms including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
- User experience and mobile interaction design expertise is required.
- Knowledge of wireframes creation and presentation as well as Heatmaps and other kinds of usability testing available in the market.
- Expertise in HTML5, Adventive, Dreamweaver is preferred.
- Take full ownership of projects and constantly try to improve the way things are done.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working shift will be from 10pm to 19pm.
