**Responsibilities**: - Govern and manage key regulatory data initiatives (i.e. Consent Order-Article 5 Data Governance Plan, Wholesale Credit Risk, Deposits-DDA/Checking). Activities include: - Play leadership role in the analysis and development of both tactical and strategic delivery plans that address all identified gaps and business requirements. - Be an influencer and key contributor to decision-making through analysis and assessment of the overall delivery plan and related work streams in terms of resource needs, time to delivery, and risk assessment. - Assess and monitor deliveries of related programs of work, and other dependencies that can impact delivery of the Consent Order Data Program delivery plan - Lead action item execution and operationalization in alignment with plans and that keep delivery on track, on spec, and on budget. - Participate actively in working group sessions, strategy planning and various review sessions to identify and facilitate creation of detailed action plans and commitments that are aligned to the Consent Order targets. - Participate in cross functional ad hoc forums inclusive of Business, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology. - Understand the implications of the changes proposed by the Consent Order working group in terms of data quality and potential impact on downstream reporting processes and other defined use cases - Partnering across the Business, Functions and Technology, establish and continuously monitor the program’s RAID log. Qualifications: - Experience in Data Governance and Data Management, ideally having 7-10 years’ experience working with large global or regional regulatory data programs. - 5-10 years ideally in Financial or Treasury Management experience (focus on Cash Management, Loans and Deposits, Credit Card products) - Strong Program and Project Management skills - 5 to 7 years’ experience. - Prior experience delivering large multi-stream projects or programs. - Solid Business Analyst and experience (resolving DQ issues, writing BRDs, process re-engineering) supporting Business, Risk or Finance - 3-5 years. - Assertive and confident leadership skills attained through on-the-job experience - Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills are a must. - Experience producing high quality communication materials and presenting to Senior Stakeholders - Cash Management product knowledge across Deposits/Liquidity, Trade (LCs, loans, commitments), Commercial Cards, and Payments & Receivable is preferred. - Experience in, or interacting with, Global Functions such as Risk, Finance or Compliance preferred - Fluently English and Spanish is required, and Portuguese is preferred **Skills**: - Presentation & communication skills (ability to confidently present at all levels of the organization) - Ability to learn quickly and deliver under pressure - Ability to determine relative importance and urgency of competing and ever-changing priorities - Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Program Management knowledge obtained through on-the-job experience and professional certification - Seasoned leader who can lead by example - Demonstrated history of program delivery and execution - Experience working with teams in a diverse and globally dispersed organization Competencies: - Strong Analytical skills with ability to reason through to a sound conclusion - Ability to work on own initiative (self-starter) and be comfortable to drive one’s own progress to meet objectives - Impressive organizational, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills - A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail - Clear and confident communicator with an ability to relay information, both orally and in written form, to all levels of the organization - Ability to build and maintain an effective network of organizational relationships - Effective time management skills (able to continuously reassess importance and urgency) - Ability to articulate ideas in a succinct and coherent way - Knowledge of and/or experience in Cash Management/ Core Banking business and/or Global Functions is desirable **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or higher from a recognized accredited institution or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Business Analysis / Client Services - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
