**What you’ll be doing**
- Leaders counseling and guidance on team structure, performance evaluation and improvement, onboarding process, engagement, within others.
- Lead onboarding process experience and follow up.
- Follow high performers career path.
- Develop L&D plans for focused groups (leaders, interns, etc.) and individuals.
- Employee experience / life cycle follow up and projects proposition.
- Develop Culture and Climate evaluation and projects
- Drive offboarding analysis and interviews.
- People Analytics.

**What you'll need**
- +3 years of experience in People/HR
- Experience as a Business Partner and L&D.
- Experience in the Tech industry will be considered a Plus.
- Advanced English is a must and Portuguese will be considered a plus.
- Team player
