Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders.
- Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud.

Hard requirements
- Understanding how to build a custom preference center in Marketing Cloud.
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be a good team player.
- Clear communication skills to make complex technical matters simple when communicating with non-technical stakeholders and client executives.
- Bachelor’s, postgraduate degree or professional qualification.

**Bonus Skills**
- At least 4 years’ experience working hands-on in Salesforce Cloud implementations ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.
- Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Desirable experience: Datorama, Interaction Studio, Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CDP, Advertising Studio, Social Studio
- Experience with Google Analytics (360), PPC Advertising
- Active in the Salesforce Trailblazer community.
- Or at least a desire to get any of the above
