Salesforce Lead Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce implementations. Lead a team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, ensuring best practices are followed. Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce development, customization, and integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Salesforce implementations. Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices. Mentor and train team members on Salesforce development and best practices. Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce development projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator) are a plus. Strong understanding of Salesforce development principles and best practices. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration. Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs and third-party tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Leadership and mentoring abilities with experience leading a Salesforce development team. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud is a plus. Knowledge of Salesforce DX and CI/CD practices. Understanding of Salesforce security models and sharing rules. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
