- Configuración y mantenimiento de reglas de seguridad y acceso.
- Conocimiento de procesos de flujo de trabajo (flows) y reglas de validación.
- Experiência en la creación de reglas de negocio automatizadas.
- Uso de DataLoader..
- Mantenimiento de la calidad de datos a través de la limpieza y deduplicación.
- Creación de informes personalizados y dashboards para el análisis de datos.
- Habilidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos y funcionales en Salesforce.
- Conocimiento sobre los modelos de negocio de Sales Cloud y Service Cloud.

**Otros aspectos**:

- Inglés avanzado.
- Certificación Salesforce Administrator (link).
