You’ll be part of a high-impact team, building tools that live where developers work from smart coding environments to agent-driven pipelines, and help shape the future of intelligent development. **What You’ll Be Doing** - Designing, developing, and publishing VS Code extensions. - Building and orchestrating Python-based AI agents with LangChain & LangGraph. - Creating intelligent prompts and workflows that optimize developer productivity. - Using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, and similar for vibe-driven coding experiences. - Proposing and developing novel use cases for AI in the SDLC. - Delivering production-ready artifacts. - Operating in private (OpenShift) and public cloud environments (AWS). - Working collaboratively in an Agile team, proposing architectural and process improvements. **Qualifications** Requirements** - Proven experience building VS Code extensions (TypeScript/Node.js). - Strong **Python** skills; hands-on experience with **LangChain, LangGraph,** or similar agentic frameworks. - Knowledge of MCP servers and their integration within VS Code and AI toolchains. - Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures: embeddings, similarity search, and LLM models. - Experience using **AI-powered development tools** such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf. - Comfortable deploying and maintaining solutions in both OpenShift (private cloud) and AWS (public cloud). - Skilled in crafting and refining prompts to maximize AI agent performance - Solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with an eye for AI-enhanced improvements across stages. **Nice to Have** - Experience with developer productivity tooling. - Contributions to open-source extensions or AI/agent frameworks. - Background in DevOps, CI/CD, or MLOps. **Additional Information** What do we offer you?** - Full-time contract. - Smart Office Pack so that you can work comfortably from home. - Training and career development. - Benefits and perks such as **private medical insurance**, life insurance. - Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects. - ** This is a hybrid position based in Málaga, Spain.
