**The Role**

We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to impactful projects that require strong technical foundations and collaborative spirit.

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using **Python**or **Node.js (TypeScript)**.
- Work with **Docker**for containerization and implement basic logging/error handling.
- Interact with **relational databases**(e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) and at least one **NoSQL**store (e.g., MongoDB/DynamoDB) at a basic level.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions using **Git**and agile practices.
- Support active projects where backend integration is critical to delivery success.

**Who You Are**
- Up to 3 years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in **Python**or **Node.js with TypeScript**; building **RESTful services**.
- Basic data modeling with a **relational DB**and familiarity with a **NoSQL**database.
- **Docker**fundamentals (build, run, compose) and **Git**usage.
- Currently studying or graduated from a systems-related field (exceptions may be considered).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Exposure to **cloud**platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and simple CI/CD.
- Introductory experience in **GenAI**(e.g., **LangChain/LangGraph**) and awareness of **Bedrock**, **Vertex AI**, or **Azure OpenAI**.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders (customer-facing mindset).
