About the roleh3> As a Full Stack (.NET) Lead Developer, you will make an impact by leading the design and development of scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise applications. You will be a valued member of the Tax Innovation Technology team, collaborating closely with technical leads, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency for our Tax Line of Service (LoS) engagement teams and clients. In this role, you will: Lead full-stack development efforts across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. Architect and implement modular monoliths, microservices, and event-driven systems using Clean Architecture and CQRS. Guide technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Build and scale .NET (C#/ASP.NET Core) applications orchestrating multi-agent workflows and streaming updates. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and pair/mob programming sessions to ensure high-quality, secure code delivery. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. What you need to have to be considered 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role. Expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6+ and .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core. Strong frontend experience with Angular (v16+), NgRx, and Single-SPA microfrontends. Proven experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SignalR, and SQL Server optimization. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), Docker, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Deep understanding of Clean Architecture, CQRS (MediatR), and event‑driven systems (MassTransit, Azure Service Bus/EventHubs). Familiarity with GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and AI engineering frameworks. Experience with Azure cloud services including Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and Application Insights. These will help you stand out Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector/hybrid search (Azure AI Search). Familiarity with Microsoft Semantic Kernel or similar agent orchestration frameworks. Knowledge of Power BI REST APIs and integration with data warehouses/lakehouses. Strong background in testing (xUnit, Jasmine/Karma, E2E), TDD, and Agile methodologies. Experience with authentication/authorization using JWT Bearer tokens and OpenAM.
