Fluid Truck is looking for a **Salesforce Administrator **to join our team in Buenos Aires In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, enhancing, and maintaining Fluid Truck’s Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will take specified direction from key stakeholders, prioritizing work and building those specifications on time and accurately.

**Location**: Buenos Aires, Argentina

**Compensation**: _Market leading_ compensation in USD based on experience and qualifications_

**Responsibilities**
- Research and help us implement the latest in Salesforce technologies
- Provide feedback during requirements gathering from stakeholders across multiple business departments
- Be a primary knowledge resource for the Salesforce Administrator role; training on process and provide first

level support for questions/issues
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, views, custom workflows, and processes
- Create and maintain complex flows validation rules
- Participate in weekly stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and analytics meetings and reflections
- Work with the engineering team to establish and promote best practices within Salesforce
- Create training materials and provide training to internal platform users
- Manage all reports (service and sales)
- Understand each service department that uses Salesforce and how their case management flow
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, and groups.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent English communication skills
- Salesforce advanced administrator certification (ADM201)
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Expert understanding of Salesforce’s core functionality and best practices
- Strong problem solving and documentation skills
- Experience in a startup or work environment where there is frequent change (preferred)
