**Job Overview**:
As an **Internal Ops & Processes Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining internal operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and team collaboration. Your focus will be on improving workflows, automating processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments to support the company's rapid growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Process Optimization**:Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- ** Systems & Tools Management**:Oversee internal tools and platforms used for project management, scheduling, and content distribution, ensuring they are effectively utilized.
- ** Automation & Standardization**:Develop and implement automated workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve process consistency across teams.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with account managers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of podcast production.
- ** Documentation & Training**:Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and training materials to onboard new team members and ensure process adherence.
- ** Performance Monitoring**:Track key operational metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- ** Tech Stack Integration**:Evaluate and integrate new software or tools that enhance internal efficiency and project management.

**Key Qualifications**:

- 3+ years in operations, process improvement, or project management within a marketing, media, or digital agency setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to optimize workflows and implement scalable processes.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable working with digital tools and adapting to new technologies.
