**We are searching for the best talent for Trade Ops Analyst to be in Buenos Aires.**

**Purpose**:We are searching for a brilliant Trade Ops Analyst to join our productive team at J&J. Growing your career as a Full Time Trade Ops Analysis a phenomenal opportunity to develop exceptional skills.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Monitor/follow up import and export activities, proactive analysis to prevent delays,
- Control the flow of documents for operations, customs and 3PLs.
- Monitor the clearance process from the moment the purchase order is placed until the release of the goods;
- Analyze cost data and compare with annual targets to estimate landed cost and calculate accruals.
- Support on the creation of SPOT quotations
- Control and Audit invoices regarding local costs
- Access to database and J&J internal systems, as required, to communicate product information or tariff headings to Customs Broker.
- Serve as liaison between 4PL, Customs Broker and any internal area from JNJ to solve trade operations issues, real time problem solving.
- Coordinate properly with all the stakeholders involves as: Freight forwarder, local transport, broker, 4PL in order to dynamize all process and secure a good handling on foreign trade flows.
- Interact with warehouses when necessary to dynamize delivery of goods in a timely manner.
- Interact with several internal stakeholders to guarantee proper communication and product flow: Planning, Warehouse, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Finance, among others.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade or Logistics
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in similar positions and/or data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to build new relationships that improve good working environment.
- Ability to communicate concisely to act and solve in a timely manner.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Advanced Excel knowledge is a plus.
- Proactive - accountable - communicative
- At least upper-intermediate level of English. Portuguese is preferred.
