**Job Details**:
The Order Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Account Executives with requests for document signatures, processing non-quote related requests and audits/updates of contract terms as needed. The individual needed for this role must be able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and have a heightened attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and prioritize a case queue and document management inbox
- Process documents sent to Salesforce, send countersigned copies to customers, and manage the flow of documents from intake to storage
- Assist with daily/weekly/monthly audits
- Support Order Management by completing non-quote related tasks
- Assist in the preparation of invoices sent to customers
- Assist on special projects as needed

**Desired Skills/Experience**:

- Fluent English
- Must have strong research and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, ability to think quickly, strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing deadlines - adaptability is imperative
- Must be able to maintain a calm and positive attitude in stressful/time-sensitive situations
