Managed Services - Order Management Manager EY The opportunity Elevate your career to a leadership role by joining our Managed Services team as a Global Order Management Manager. In this pivotal position, you'll oversee our talented Order Management Analysts, ensuring the delivery of superior order management solutions for one of our key international clients. Lead within a diverse cultural environment and refine your management skills to meet the challenges of our global business landscape. Your key responsibilities Overseeing requisition processing, purchase order maintenance, and contract storage, leveraging the client's contract lifecycle management solution. Managing and resolving complex and escalated issues related to blocked invoices and purchasing exceptions. Supervising the Order Management team, including performance review, coaching, and development. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize transactional processes and improve team efficiency. Nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, and managing their expectations and needs effectively. Communicating across departments and with stakeholders to facilitate a seamless purchasing process. Driving compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and ensuring team alignment with company standards. Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and addressing areas for improvement. Skills and attributes for success Proven leadership skills with a track record in managing teams to deliver successful outcomes. A forward‑thinking approach to management, capable of inspiring and guiding a team through change and growth. Exceptional problem‑solving ability to handle escalations with tact and composure. Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate stakeholder relationships and promote a collaborative work environment. Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities and team management responsibilities. To qualify for the role you must have Advanced fluency in English and Spanish. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within procurement or purchasing. Solid experience in Contract Management and leading cross‑functional teams. Demonstrable leadership capabilities with excellent communication and motivational skills. The ability to adapt to changing priorities, oversee multiple tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
