Position Summary

Owns brand strategy for market. Define and Drive Country Specific TA and Brand Strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management. Ensure the execution of the plans focus on a strong customer experience trough creating sustainable value.

Leads a high performance scientific-driven field force team, to introduce innovative and digital services and solutions to support patients and HCPs connected with Pfizer´s Go to market model and our company purpose.

Responsabilities
- Own brand strategy and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for a brand
- Develop country Op Plan and long-range forecasting, influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations
- Sales follow up, reporting gaps and main highlights
- Pricing analysis and monitoring
- Cross-functional brand leadership - across Account management, medical, access, legal and Public Affairs to shape the external environment
- Collaborates on an ongoing basis with RTAL, pulling through glocal operating model
- Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
- Support acceleration of new capabilities, including digital and multi-channel marketing
- Own the forecast elaboration and follow up to guarantee an adequate supply management of the portfolio with demand planning and S&OP
- Leads implementation of new GTM model from a customer facing standpoint and develop the team accordingly.
- Transforms field insights into executable innovative plans to engage with HCPs.
- Reviews the HCP interaction model and redefine the proper HCPs targeting according to customer preferences and the business needs.
- Transforms team´s mindset from a purely in person and promotional approach to a more scientific driven and hybrid (In Person & Digital) model.
- Drives and influences growth through innovative, enhanced customer experience and value creation proposals.
- Defines Key Performance Indicators to track and measure teams and brands performance and new model´s outcomes
- Engages with Key Opinion Leaders and key external stakeholders or institutions.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in Business English
- Bachelor’s Degree
- +5 years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing or relevant function
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Strategic planning and effective operational execution.
- Data Analysis, Interpretation and Communication to develop customer insights and action plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Experience in Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Interpersonal skills, able to interact with variety of key stakeholders across Pfizer influencing without authority. Holds people accountable
- Self-Awareness & Emotional Intelligence.
- Planning, execution & controlling of forecasts
- Open to feedback and agile learner.
