**Role Responsibilities**
- Assists the Brand Manager in executing the WU brand promotional and advertising campaigns.
- Assists in the development and review of sales budgets and in controlling advertising and promotion budget variations.
- Gives support on trade initiatives for network expansion and engagement programs for agent & customer retention.
- Manages training and incentives for the sales team. Lead grassroot initiatives and events.
**Role Requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Must have experience with Power BI. Must have Numbers affinity to manage our budgets and to control financial and communication performance of our campaigns.
- Fluency in English - both verbally and in writing.
- We expect you to have a proven ability to manage large projects from large and/or multiple clients.
- Experience with integrated communication plans including ATL, BTL, digital, social, loyalty, and customer experience.
- Global experience with knowledge of how local culture can challenge global strategy and creative execution.
- Ability to articulate and sell concepts, strategy, and creative recommendations and plans verbally and visually in programs like PowerPoint.
- Time management and administrative skills.
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to offer creative solutions that will work for both the client and the brand.
