**Job Summary**
The Learning Administrator will be responsible to provide learning administration, learning delivery, logistic support and learner support for our client in Argentina.
**Working scheme: H**ybrid.
**Main activities**:
- Identification of the activities required for the development of the training planned by the client (VILT or ILT)
- Master Data and Catalogue / Content Management (LMS)
- Management and monitoring of training coordination activities
- Full or partial observation of training
- Onsite/virtual event support
- Order materials per event requirements/Manage inventory/Ship materials per event requirements
- General Learner Support
- Coordinate logistics for facilitators and participants from other countries to attend training
- Manage the request of entry to facilities for providers Administrate and follow up language training
- Look for new learning vendors, to update the catalog of vendors
- Coordinate meetings with learning providers
- Support collaboration between vendor and the client in alignment with the vendor contract
- Support any question or issue in the invoices process of the vendor (end-to-end payment process)
- Manage purchase and Invoices requisition
- Support audits at the local level related to Learning topics
- Coordination of payments for external courses (i.e, MBAs)
- Administrate language training report to payroll
- Troubleshooting/issue resolution
- Create, run, manage, and distribute report requests
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in traning administration / HR area
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE: Excel (advanced), Power Point, Word.
- Good level of English (Upper intermediate/Advanced)
- Profile skills: Being able to generate data analytics and insights-driven activities, knowledge of employee experience, great writing skills, structured and organized, creative, resilience, communication Skills, effective listening, self-management, manage time /Productivity, proactivity and prioritization, quality._
