Now we’re looking for a **Training Administrator**, you’ll be a part of our Global HR team. **What you’ll do**: - Coordinate and monitor training programs - Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) - Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants - Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid - Resolve issues as they arise onsite - Submit reports on training activities and results - Recommend process improvements for T&D - Assist in administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs - Coordinate and administer skills and competency assessments and other specialized T&D programs for employees **About you**: - Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR assistant or similar role - Experience in project management - Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus - Fluent English - University degree **What we offer**: - Working in an international environment with a team all over the globe in more than 65+ countries; - An inspiring corporate culture with an ability to grow and develop every day; - Fascinating compensation package with advantages from motivation programs (Long-Term Employee Partnership Program (LTEPP) and Employee Share Purchase Program (ESPP).
