Our vision is to become an international market leader in business transformations. **Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities**: We are looking for a self-starter and experienced IT and Systems Administrator. This individual will work independently with business partners. Project work includes implementation installations, migrations, and infrastructure maintenance. Designs and implements infrastructure to include capacity planning, highly available systems, disaster recovery plans, system maintenance/patching plans, system backup plans, system performance, system documentation, and system alerts to ensure business continuity and data security. - Works at the highest technical level to design, implement and configure hardware and software infrastructure. - Plans for capacity, end-of-life hardware and software, and overall security compliance. - Participates in projects providing technical expertise for the success of the project. - Develops standards, policies, and procedures for effective use and optimization of assets. - Audits and reviews systems and practices to ensure compliance with procedures and standards. - Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising upgrades and new acquisitions. - Mentors and trains other team members. - Resolves and reports on issues. - Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration. **Skills and Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline - At least 5 years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role - Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills. - Strong resourcefulness, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security. - Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. - Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery. - Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Netsuite, ITIL) is a plus - Willing to work on night shift Schedule (10AM to 7PM EST) **Essential Functions**: - 40% - Management of Microsoft 365 tenants including; onboarding, managing, and offboarding users, system updates, security risk assessments, ticketing, and implementation of new features - 40% - Implementation, training, and management of any third-party software - 20% - Device management including set up, management, breakdown, transfer, and update
