**About the role**
Teramind is seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Administrator at Teramind, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our WordPress website to ensure a seamless user experience, drive engagement, and support our marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience working with WordPress.
- Proficiency in WordPress, SEO content writing & design.
- Solid understanding of UI design patterns, responsive web design, web accessibility, web app architecture, and aesthetics.
- Previous experience with 3rd-party Integrations & setup (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).
- WEB development experience (HTML, CSS, and JS).
- Fluent in verbal and written English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, design, and SEO optimize WordPress websites with a scalable user experience, increased conversion rates, and speed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the website and blogs.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for the products.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels, including landing pages.
