UX Designer

Our collaborative team of designers give an intuitive and user-friendly interface to our sophisticated platform, aiming to provide our customers with the best experience. As part of our UX team, you'll work on everything from defining guidelines, best practices, and design systems, to bringing it all to life within our own product.
Your challenges and objectives
- Become an expert on the Avature product.
- Work with a variety of product-based solutions, which involves interacting with diverse stakeholders and scenarios.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the guidelines, libraries, and style guides that comprise our design system.
- Be a referent of all-things UX within the organization and share that knowledge with the product area.

Your day-to-day activities
- Design new features or solutions from scratch, producing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and iterating designs with others.
- Generate guidelines for the use of design assets across the product and maintain design libraries up to date.
- Brainstorm with the team.
- Participate in redesigning our existing functionality when necessary, either for fresh UI aesthetics or design updates.
- Work closely with the UI team on the design and development of our widgets, which enable scalable design (button bars, modals, etc.)
- Work closely with the functional analysts of our development teams to design features for their modules.

About you
- Knowledge of user interface design and software prototyping.
- Experience in designing products or features that involve wire framing, testing, and iteration.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information from different sources to propose design solutions and validations.
- Constant learning of UX methodologies.
- Highly collaborative personality.
- Advanced oral and written English.
