In your role you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals. Your primary responsibility will involve conduct user research and analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of user needs, behaviors and pain points Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to global technological progress while at the same time advancing your own skills, and career.

- Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Passion for creating innovative and user-centric digital products.

Nice-to-have skills:

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills and strategic thinking (desirable).
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the banking and financial sector (desirable).

- Design innovative user-centric solutions that solve real problems and deliver value.
- Design intuitive and effective user flows that guide customers through the product's various functionalities.
- Create user interfaces that are attractive, easy to use and consistent with the bank's brand identity.
- Ensure that the user experience (UX) is optimal at all touch points, from navigation to interaction with functionalities.
