**Responsibilities**
**SaaS Product UX/UI**
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, simple experiences for agents and brokers.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to refine requirements and hand off pixel-perfect designs.

**Website & Marketing UX/UI**
- Collaborate with Growth/Marketing to produce assets for campaigns, landing pages, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency of **brand identity** across digital platforms and marketing material.

**Collaboration & Process**
- Work with engineering to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Conduct user testing, research, and feedback loops to validate design decisions.
- Maintain Figma libraries and documentation for cross-team use.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **3-5+ years of UX/UI design experience** (preferably in SaaS or fintech).
- **Strong Figma expertise** (prototyping, auto-layout, components, variants, design systems).
- Experience designing **marketing websites** (conversion-focused design, responsive layouts).
- Solid understanding of **UX principles**, **accessibility standards**, and **interaction design**.
- Ability to balance **product usability** with **brand and marketing needs**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS dashboards, web UX, and marketing creative.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience in **fintech, real estate, or payments platforms**.
- Familiarity with **design-to-code workflows** (React components, Storybook, Tailwind, Material UI).
- Knowledge of **motion design** or micro-interactions.
- Ability to work with **Illustrator/After Effects** for marketing visuals.

**Key Deliverables in First 90 Days**
- Build a **Figma design system** for SaaS product components.
- Deliver UX flows for **agent onboarding, commission payments, and advances**.
- Create marketing collateral templates (pitch decks, ads, social graphics) aligned with brand.

Pay: From $3,000,000.00 per month
