Position: UX/UI Designer

Department: Product / Design

Reports to: Project Manager & Lead Developer

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Overview

The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for our web and mobile platforms. This role involves understanding user needs, translating requirements into wireframes and prototypes, and delivering high-quality visual designs that align with our brand and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high/low-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Collaborate with developers, PMs, and QA teams.
- Build design systems, UI components, and brand-consistent assets.
- Prepare clean handoff files for developers (Figma components, autolayout, annotations).
- Run UX testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Attend weekly sprint meetings and provide updates.
- Ensure final design is functional, accessible, and visually aligned with the brand.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Figma (auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
- Understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to design clean, intuitive, modern user interfaces.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

Descripción General

El Diseñador UX/UI es responsable de crear experiências digitales intuitivas, eficientes y centradas en el usuario para nuestras plataformas web y móviles. Este puesto implica comprender las necesidades del usuario, traducir requisitos en wireframes y prototipos, y entregar diseños visuales de alta calidad alineados con la marca.

Responsabilidades Principales
- Realizar investigación de usuario y análisis competitivo.
- Crear wireframes, user flows y prototipos en Figma.
- Diseñar interfaces responsivas para desktop, tablet y móvil.
- Colaborar con desarrolladores, PM y QA.
- Crear sistemas de diseño, componentes y assets visuales coherentes.
- Preparar archivos de handoff para los desarrolladores (autolayout, componentes, notas).
- Realizar pruebas de UX y mejorar el diseño según feedback.
- Participar en reuniones de sprint y reportar avances.
- Garantizar que el producto final sea funcional, accesible y visualmente atractivo.

Habilidades y Requisitos
- Dominio de Figma (autolayout, prototipado, design systems).
- Conocimiento de principios UX, heurísticas y accesibilidad.
- Capacidad de diseñar interfaces modernas e intuitivas.
- Experiência en diseño responsive y mobile-first.
- Atención al detalle, creatividad y pensamiento crítico.
