**Senior Business Hacking Associate **to join our Business Hacking Studio

This Studio uncovers non-traditional ways to create new business value. Our business hacking framework aims to make transformation tangible and measurable, by making the change sustainable and finding new ways to optimize culture and business impact. We breath through a creative flow guided by certain principles to drive success, thus ownership, creativity and autonomy are must skills for us. We are looking for true entrepreneurs.

A Globant Business Hacker is fundamentally a professional who can articulate a complex transformational program, manage the urgencies and tensions of a changing organization, translate actions into business impact, and help detect potential new revenue streams. We help organizations get fit through results, in continuous iterative delivery avoiding faraonic endless programs. For us making transformation tangible and finding new ways to optimize culture and business impact are key.
- You will get the chance to: _
- Define a clear vision and mission for a transformation program.
- Create a sustainable environment for companies to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.
- Connect the business impact of MVP initiatives into a multi-year multi-track transformation program.
- Define the measure of success of a transformation program initiatives.
- Seat with decision makers and drive educated facts based conversations at Globant and the organization.
- Interact with the top management of many different organizations.
- Define and execute a multi-year multi-track program.
- Participate in the co-design of customer-centric touchpoints.
- Understand and/or define business cases.
- Calculate current and projecting future business impact of initiatives inside transformation program.
- What will help you succeed: _
- Previous experience working in consulting in projects related to Pharma and Healthcare and / or previous experience in business roles within the Life Sciences industry.
- Being able of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
- Build bridges & open doors.
- Enjoy solving everyday problems (life hacks).
- Keep on thinking how to make a huge impact and change the world.
