We seek a **Manager of Cultural Hacking**who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

- A solid experience en Change Management for Digital transformation Projects and understanding of how people go through a change and the change process- Having familiarity with project management approaches, digital adoption, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Also, experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

- Taking change management initiatives to positively impact organizational effectiveness; provide guidance and coaching to local leadership team on change management.
- Knowing how to consult and coach project teams
- Experience with enterprise solutions will be highly valued
- Fluent English (Bilingual)- Believe and love what you do.- Have imagination and love innovating.- Being flexible & goal oriented.- Being capable of taking a step back to look at the bigger picture.
