**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Growth Manager** to join our team at Merch Dominator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, user retention, and revenue growth for our online Print On Demand Research platform.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Build and Lead a High-Performing Team**: Recruit, mentor, and manage a marketing and growth team to ensure alignment with company goals and foster professional development.
- **Develop Comprehensive Growth Strategies**: Create and execute plans to promote Merch Dominator, increase brand visibility, and expand our user base.
- **Conduct Market Research**: Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and perform competitor analysis to optimize growth initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- **Implement Growth Hacking Techniques**: Develop innovative strategies to accelerate user acquisition and enhance engagement.
- **Analyze User Behavior and Data**: Utilize analytics to identify opportunities for product and marketing optimization.
- **Monitor Performance Metrics**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- **Collaborate Cross-Functionally**: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth objectives and strategies.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in growth marketing to implement innovative solutions.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or similar role in e-commerce and SaaS.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Project Management**: Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Creative Problem-Solving**: Innovative thinking to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
