Senior Client Growth Manager Epsilon is a global leader in outcome‑based marketing. We blend data, technology and services to drive measurable results and business growth for clients across Automotive, Telecommunications, Retail, FMCG, Financial Services, Healthcare, Travel and more. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Client Growth Manager to lead client engagement efforts and unlock expansion opportunities while ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives. Responsibilities Identify and cultivate growth opportunities within our existing client base. Equip the sales team with tools and resources to execute successful UpSell and Cross‑Sell initiatives. Monitor opportunities diligently and oversee the implementation of our Growth Framework to drive sustainable results. Develop an intimate familiarity with Epsilon products, identifying both strengths and areas for improvement with precision. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years’ experience working directly with clients and Digital Advertising teams. Proven expertise in business development and opportunity identification. Previous experience in Account Management roles is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills; comprehensive understanding of processes is essential. Fluent English proficiency required; proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce proficiency is advantageous). Additional Information Monthly salary adjustments (solo arg). Medical insurance.
