HelpSystems is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team. This position will be responsible for full desk recruiting efforts across company divisions in multiple countries.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions
- Performs proactive, full cycle recruiting of talent for current job openings
- Proactively recruit to increase diversity, equality and inclusion through multiple methods and networks
- **QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Basic understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
- At least three years of related recruiting experience required
