Employer Branding : Experience in crafting compelling job postings and leveraging recruitment marketing techniques. HR Compliance & Best Practices : Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws as they relate to recruitment and hiring. Collaborative Approach : Work with department heads to assess workforce needs and implement tailored hiring solutions. Sense of Urgency & Initiative : Efficiently handle multiple open roles, ensuring quick and effective placements. Tech-Savvy : Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS tools. Payroll Knowledge : Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance, with experience using ADP payroll systems preferred.
