Ensuring effective, safe execution with high quality standards, both Vestas and subcontractors - Monitor KPIs of the team, and execute the necessary actions to prevent important deviations and implement improvements to improve them. - Relationship and monitoring of performance and quality of service with the client on site if needed. - Optimize resource management, control and approve vacations and manage absences. - Conduct QSE audits in cooperation with the QSE department. - Ensure effective communication between regional support areas and technicians. - Manage the development of technicians' skills, identifying training needs, managing their execution and delivering good practices to maintain high-performance teams. - Work with the special task planning team to ensure the necessary resources to carry out the annual planning. - Hold regular meetings with the planning team and monitor the budget of the parks and the activities to perform. - Manage the SO´s closure process - Monitoring, tracking site performance and continuously improve - Directing, controlling and inspecting but also takes responsibility to direct, shepherd, administer, guide, consult, and care for the team to deliver what is planned/scheduled on a daily basis.
