**OPPORTUNITY TO EARN IN USD** (_after probationary period_)
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible of monthly commissions and bonus calculations for Americas region
- Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations related to payroll and compensations for Americas
- Prepare and record journal entries of vacations and commissions accruals
- Respond to employees inquiries
- Assist accounting team
- Provide support to North America accounting and administrative department
- Participate in other special projects in the area

Qualifications:
- Intermediate Accounting students or Accountant
- 3-5 years of experience in similar positions, preferable at international companies and/or prestigious audit firms
- Advanced English skills (speaking, writing and listening) is mandatory. Portuguese a plus.
- Excellent accounting systems and MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Customer and service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, capable to work with different cultures and working styles.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
- Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
- Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
