**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Responsible for specific operational areas of Accounting which may include some or all of the following responsibilities:

- Collects necessary information from various internal parties and analyses the financial data to perform operational accounting activities and prepares worksheets / reports for assigned area in accordance with the Kyndryl Accounting Principles and Common Desk Procedures
- Maintains general ledger accounts or segment of accounting records
- Reconciles ledger and other system account balances and perform necessary ledger adjustments on variance or aged items
- Interlocks with Accounting Systems team to provide user requirement and perform user testing for change request
- Implement process change according to the latest Kyndryl Accounting Principles and Instructions and work with senior Accounting Analyst to update Common Desk Procedure
- Work closely with Digital Squad Leaders to support process automation/simplification
- Provide necessary data and information to both internal and external auditors upon requests, and for Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) testing
- Professionals in this job role specialty are required to have good knowledge of Kyndryl Accounting Principles and related Corporate Accounting Instruction for assigned area, as well as fundamental knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, basic Tax rules and basic understanding on SOX requirements and implications

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position, whether in a small accounting firm, a B4 company or the accounting area of a company.
- Intermediate English level
