Responsible for the medium / long term planning of the maintenance area in both sites (Plant and Warehouse). Analyze, generate, and modify preventive / predictive maintenance tasks. Coordinate complex maintenance task with client areas in order to facilitate Maintenance Plan Execution. Participate/Lead special projects / improvements within Maintenance and Engineering and provide technical support to other areas.

- Minimize breakdowns times in equipment by analyzing and improving the preventive/predictive maintenance program.
- Generate monthly/weekly maintenance plans. Coordinate the monthly maintenance plans with the departments involved.
- Monitor Weekly plan fulfillment and maintain Maintenance task list up to date. Manage PM02 activities according to the weekly maintenance schedule.
- Plan, coordinate and follow up complex corrective maintenance tasks.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor corrective maintenance tasks (PM03) related to COHISEM, Food Safety and Comm. center of different areas. Work together with the Technical Coordinator for the execution of corrective maintenance (PM03).
- Responsible for maintaining maintenance master data up to date
- Ensure necessary spare parts for preventive and corrective maintenance. Create and follow purchase orders for necessary spare parts.
- Maintain up to date the maintenance key indicators.
- Responsible for special projects (SAP improvements, Small projects related with maintenance or utilities and productivity initiatives related with Maintenance and Engineering).

Annual OPEX Budget: USD 0.65MM
Annual plant volume: 1,70 MM STD units.

Inside the company:
- Contact with production supervisors and other people managers to coordinate maintenance tasks.
- Contact with internal and external auditors. ((CAD, GAO, ISO): collaborate directly in any audit, being responsible for key processes (Safety & Environmental, GMP, Food Safety, Food Defense and Legal).
Outside the company:
- Contact with maintenance suppliers.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**: List the number and type (full-time, part-time, contract) of your direct reports; indicate the extent of your involvement in supervision including hiring, conducting performance reviews, and terminations as well as team leadership, coordination of work assignments and other indirect supervision. - Responsible for monitoring / supervising contractors.
- Responsible for monitoring requirement fulfillment of the area (corporative and legal requirements, international standards, and customer requests).
- Ensure GMP & Food safety conditions in every maintenance standard.
- Responsible for communicating situations identified that can affect food safety due to changes or other reasons.

- Advanced computer skills. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

- SAP system: PM / MM modules (preferred)
- 3 years of technical experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry, or 1.5 years of technical experience in Coca-Cola (preferred)
- Teamwork and team leadership skills (experience as a team leader is preferred).
