**The Company**

Galactic Holdings is a project that started in 2019, oriented to the Latin American market. We are building a new type of digital financial ecosystem which includes a wallet (TruBit), a cryptocurrency exchange (TruBit pro) and a stablecoin (Moneta Digital).

**The Role**

We’re seeking a Costumer Service Representative who act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
- Scale the client's requests to the operations team with the necessary requirements.
- Document and alert team of sudden problems (based on user reports).
- Be flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information.
- Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.

**Requisitos**:

- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 year in customer service.
- Verbal and written communication.
- Customer service software, databases and tools.
- Personal emotion management.
- Ability to identify and anticipate user needs.
- Problem solving.
- Service orientation and active listening.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- FinTech or crypto knowleged or expertise (desirable)
- **Fluent English (Required**).**
