**About Us**

Junk Maven is a leading junk removal company based in Northern Virginia, USA. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, clear communication, and hassle-free experiences for our customers. We’re expanding our remote team and seeking two dedicated and proactive part-time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in Argentina.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will manage inbound calls, schedule appointments, and assist with various administrative tasks. This is a remote, independent contractor position, requiring **fluent English** and a **reliable internet connection**.

**Work Schedules Available**
- **Position 1**: Monday - Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST
- **Position 2**: Thursday - Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Scheduling**: Use HousecallPro (HCP) to manage appointments, including sending confirmation texts and calls for the next day's jobs.
- **Confirmation Calls**: Call customers with landlines to confirm appointments. Follow up with customers who haven’t responded to text confirmations in the latter part of the day.
- **Same-Day Job Management**: Communicate with field staff on Discord to coordinate same-day jobs, providing accurate arrival times to customers.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform various admin tasks during downtime, including creating social media posts using ChatGPT and Canva. All content will be reviewed by the manager before posting.
- **Objection Handling**: Address and handle customer objections using our sales objection strategies (training and resources provided).
- **Internal Communication**: Use Discord for team communication and notify the team when a job is scheduled for the same day.
- **Additional Duties**: Assist with miscellaneous tasks assigned by the manager as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **English Fluency**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Stable Internet Connection**: Reliable internet to manage remote work responsibilities.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using digital tools like HousecallPro, Discord, RingCentral, Canva, and ChatGPT.
- **Organized & Proactive**: Strong time management skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
- **Remote Work Environment**: Must have a quiet, professional setup suitable for making and receiving calls.
- **Availability**: Must be available for the specific part-time schedule applied for (Monday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday).

**Compensation**
- **Pay Rate**: $5 - $7 USD per hour, paid biweekly, depending on experience.
- **Contract Status**: Independent contractor position with flexible remote work.
- **Skill Development**: Gain valuable experience in customer service, digital communication, and social media management.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $4,812.00 - $6,737.00 per hour
