Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de estudiantes o graduados de Administración de Empresas, Comercio Exterior o afines para ocupar la vacante de Customer Service Representative, reportando directamente a Líder de Customer Service Regional.

Lugar de trabajo: Buenos Aires
Modalidad: flexible

Quien ingrese como Customer Service Representative tendrá los siguientes desafíos:
- Recibir órdenes de compra, confirmando al cliente la recepción y tiempos de entrega.
- Hacer notas de venta a partir de orden de compra, ya sea remitida por cliente o por Accounts Manager.
- Revisar y dar seguimiento al programa de producción para informar al cliente de fecha estimada de entrega de materiales.
- Dar seguimiento y velar por que se ati endan los reclamos de clientes.
- Coordinar con el cliente las entregas de material.
- Mantener la comunicación entre departamentos (calidad, comercial, producción, bodega), fluida trasmitiendo información de relevancia a clientes o Account managers, según sea el caso.
- Asesorar y acompañar a los equipos comercial, operaciones, calidad y logística, logrando una comunicación transversal y traspaso de buenas prácticas.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ex eriencia en roles similares (excluyente).
- Ingles: avanzado (excluyente)
- Perfil analítico, proactivo, con excelentes habilidades de planificación y comunicación, relaciones interpersonales, trabajo en equipo, capacidad analitica, orientación a resultados, detallista.
- Dominio de Office.
- Estudiante o Graduado de Administración, Comercio exterior o afines (deseable).
- Manejo de SAP (deseable).
