**Remote Customer Service Representative (Fuel Card Program - US Market) | Full-Time | EST Hours**
**Location**: Remote (Work from Home)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday | 10 AM - 6 PM EST
**Compensation**: Base Salary + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

**What You’ll Do**

As a **Customer Service Representative (Fuel Card Program)**, you will be the voice of our brand, supporting and strengthening relationships with trucking companies across the USA. Your role will include:

- Assisting new and existing clients with inquiries about our fuel card services
- Providing product information, onboarding guidance, and troubleshooting assistance
- Identifying customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions
- Maintaining accurate client records using CRM tools
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and support growth
- Meeting daily service metrics and contributing to team KPIs

You’re empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people. You enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and making sure customers feel heard and valued.

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum **2 years of customer service or client-facing experience**:

- Fluency in **English and Spanish (required)**:

- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills
- Experience supporting US-based clients or working in a BPO/remote environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple systems
- Must have a **reliable laptop/desktop, high-speed internet**, and a **headset**

Pay: $650,000.00 - $800,000.00 per month
