**Customer Service Representative (Remote - LATAM)**
**Reports to**: Customer Service Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: $1,500 - $1,700 USD/month

**About the Role**:
Latino Legends is proud to partner with a fast-growing company in the fitness and wellness industry in its search for a **Customer Service Representative** based in Latin America. This fully remote role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account-related issues

- Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer concerns

- Highlight recurring issues and contribute feedback to improve processes

- Stay informed on products, services, and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)

- Prior experience in customer service, support, or a similar role

- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM platforms

- Flexible availability to support customers across different time zones

- Interest or background in fitness, wellness, or health-related fields is a plus
