**Latin American Sales Manager**
Role Overview
- Region: Brazil/Argentina (Spanish-speaking), Mexico
- Work Location: Home-based (preferably near Acuña, Mexico or Del Rio, TX), with flexibility to work remotely
- Office: Corporate office located in Acuña, Mexico
**Purpose of the position**:
**Main tasks**:
- Research and Develop potential customer base within the regions mentioned above.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Meet regularly in person with purchasing, engineering, and design personnel, and document with meeting reports and follow up items.
- Travel within Mexico on a monthly basis. Travel within Central America and South America on a quarterly basis, increasing as needed.
- As potential and actual accounts are developed, manage these accounts by owning the communication of pertinent information and customer requirements to core team members, staff and support groups. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Promote and help implement new 3-Mesh innovations to new customers and/or new market segments.
- Communicates with customers to provide supporting information to help establish annual sales budget.
- Work with global sales team members to ensure consistent offerings with global platforms.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to each individual customer.
**Secondary tasks**:
- Receives and reviews customer RFQ’s and determines feasibility to submit internal RFQ to MTMX plant.
- Having a strong understanding of cost calculations, submit customer quotes within the company guidelines.
- Submit Internal Orders to MTMX Plant.
- Work closely with APQP team to ensure accurately monitored program launches.
- Support all IATF 16949 initiatives and applicable procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual is required (Spanish and English). Portuguese would be an added benefit
- Willingness to travel extensively as the job requires
Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- sales in the automotive industry: 5 years (required)
